Cranberry Gin

This evening hubby got making some Cranberry Gin, he got the recipe in a little box of goodies at Christmas from our daughter.
200grm of Cranberries
200grm Caster Sugar
Zest of 1 Orange
75ml of Gin
Prick the Cranberries all over and add to the bottle
Add the zest of the orange
Mix the caster sugar and gin together
Add to the bottle
Give it a good shake 
Label and date give the bottle a good shake every two days
Leave it to infuse for at least 2 weeks but no more than 6 months
strain bottle serve as a liqueur over ice or as a tall drink with tonic water and ice.

  4. I have never tried that, I do have some cranberries in the freezer, so might have a go, thanks for sharing.
