Visiting Stickle Tarn.

We do now offer tours of our smallholding, we love to show people around , what we have achieved since moving here July 2014 and explain our lifestyle.

Perhaps offer inspiration to those who are looking to do similar or perhaps just curios of how we live.

If you are visiting the area and would like to call in please get in touch to make arrangements.

We can offer refreshments, children welcome but under supervision, no dogs though.

We can give you a tour of the polytunnels and growing areas, the goat houses, meet the buffalo and Alpacas. solar wood kiln, willow coppicing areas, rain catchment systems.

We will have story boards showing our progress. Eggs meat plants and produce for sale.

Awe don’t charge a set fee but  there is a donation box if you would like to make a contribution for your tour.

We are in Carmarthenshire set in the Brechfa forest

We do also offer wild camping on the smallholding, £5 per tent per night, or if you prefer and weather permits we can put up the teepee for you to stay in, which has its own log burner and wood fired stove. We don’t provide bedding etc.

We have a compost toilet facility for those who would like to camp and we can provide drinking water and a fire pit with Dutch ovens for cooking.
