The Rasberry Thief

I have a raspberry thief, even though I have a fruit cage,
I caught the thief red handed today
I managed to get a nice bowlful of raspberries before they were all stolen
Who is this raspberry thief ?

Here is working his way through the canes
 Caught in the act
Sol.
He loves fruit and when I go to pick the raspberries its a race to see who can pick the most, only mine go in the bowl his go into his tummy. He hasn't got the hang of fruit picking yet.

Diary
Sunday 14th November 1982
Up at 9 o'clock, Rained, Hailed, Snowed and blew all day, very rough until evening.
Walked up to top fields to check on Welsh Mountain all OK,
Remembrance Sunday watched Cenotaph service on telly.
Blue found very poorly out in field, brought him in, John gave him glucose salt and water subcutaneous and antibiotic injection.
Lucky found to have a slight discharge.

  5. That is so funny. Well done Sol! Jake takes a nibble at the scraps for the chikens if I leave them by accident where he can reach them but he'll eat pretty much anything!

  7. That made me smile. When I used to help my Dorset friend with her horses, they would "help" us pick blackberries. As you can imagine their contributions never reached our baskets!
