A lifestyle change took place when we moved to our smallholding in Wales, we are leaving behind the consumerism of life, growing our food, raising our meat, living our lives to the full, enjoying every day the highs and lows of country living, but not going without just doing it better.
You have a very busy life. I am constantly amazed at the amount that you get through each day. you also have lots of change to get used to with your Oh at home more. I appreciate your need for a break but I really enjoy reading about your daily life and the animals and plants and all the things that you make. If you decide not to return, I shall really miss you. Take care : )
Dawn - take as much time as you need - but just remember that a lot of people learn from your blog posts, and a lot of people are inspired by them. i know - that's a lot of responsibility! but i have seen your shoulders, gurl, and after all of your hard work, i know that they are pretty big!
the blog world would be lost without people like you! you take your break and then you bring it on gurl! i mean it!
Good luck Dawn - I shall miss your posts about progress and produce - but am sure you have plenty to do without doing your blog too. Hope you will be back though.
Like Jo above I am surprised that you have time to blog with every thing you do on your smallholding. Ok will miss your informative posts packed with ideas and photos. Wishing you both every happiness, hope you return after a break. TX
Thank you for all you have shared. Like others who ave commented I'm grateful for all that I have learnt from your posts but understand that you now need time off. I hope that all is well with you and your family. It feels rather like waving off a good friend who's emigrating: we all hope you'll return one day if only for occasional visits to catch up. Very best wishes. Sue
Have enjoyed every post but if you decide not to retur, thank you for allowing me to see your new life as you have built the road to self sufficency. Good luck, Dawn, with whatever you do in the future.
